Sovrini Almond Liqueur
The almond tree is a shrubby tree which was introduced in Malta centuries ago. Today, it is found growing in our valleys and is referred to in Maltese as “is- sigra tal-lewz”. The Maltese kitchen boasts many an almond delicacy ranging from sugar-coated almonds (perlini) to almond pastries (figolli). This liqueur will add flavour to traditional desserts for a truly authentic touch!
