Il-Bajtrija is our flagship liqueur. Made using traditional infusion methods in small batches, this sweet prickly pear liqueur is not only excellent served on the rocks but also makes a great base for cocktails. It may also be used in desserts such as ice cream toppings or moistening sponge cake for trifle bases.
