Serve in a tall glass and with a slice of fresh pineapple.

Pina Colada

HOW TO PREPARE:

You need, 120ml pineapple juice, 60ml Savina Coconut Liqueur spiced with Rum, 60ml Coconut cream and a wedge of pineapple, to garnish (optional)

Pulse all the ingredients along with a handful of ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish as you like. For a frozen blended version, mix the juice, rum and coconut cream together and freeze in ice cube trays. Then whiz the frozen cubes, with a couple of ice cubes if you like, to a slushy consistency.

This delightful beverage typically comprises three key components: white rum, coconut cream or coconut milk, and pineapple juice. When these ingredients are combined together with crushed ice it creates a delightful combination of sweet, tropical flavours.
